These Terms of Service govern your use of Mind Canvas, a product operated by Descobrilança Unipessoal LDA (NIPC 516940503), a company registered in Portugal ("we", "us"). By accessing or using Mind Canvas you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

Mind Canvas provides tools for self-reflection and metacognitive practice. The content is educational and is not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. Mind Canvas is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the journal entries and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to provide the service to you.

5. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law & provider

• These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Portuguese and EU law.
